Terms of Service

1. These terms

By signing in to UrHubs (at urhubs.io or in the UrHubs app) you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use UrHubs for a business, you agree for that business, and you confirm that you may do so.

2. Who may use UrHubs

You must be 18 or older and able to make a contract. Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what is done with your account and by the staff you invite, with the access you give them.

3. Your business and your records

Your records belong to your business. You let us keep, copy and show them only to run UrHubs for you, as our Privacy Policy says. You can take them out any time with Backup & Restore and Data Export.

You are responsible for what you enter, including records about your customers, staff, patients or students: you must have the right to keep them, and you must follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 for them.

4. The free month and subscriptions

• Each account gets one free month (31 days) for its businesses.
• After that, each business needs a subscription. The price depends on the size of the business, which also sets how many staff logins it may have. UrHubs shows the price before you pay.
• You pay through PayMongo. You can pay each time yourself or, where it is offered, choose automatic renewal, which you can turn off any time in Settings.
• When a subscription ends and is not renewed, the business becomes view only: you can still open and read your records, but not change them, until you pay again. We do not delete your records because a subscription ended.
• A payment covers the period paid for. If you were charged by mistake or twice, write to adsph.office@gmail.com and we will set it right.
• We may change prices. A new price applies from your next payment, and UrHubs shows it before you pay.

6. Taxes, receipts and the BIR

UrHubs helps you keep books, print receipts and invoices, and estimate taxes. It does not replace your accountant or the BIR’s rules. You are responsible for registering your receipts, invoices and the system you use for them with the BIR when the law requires it, and for the taxes you file. Tax figures in UrHubs are estimates to help you: check them before you file.

7. Fair use

Do not:

• use UrHubs for anything unlawful, or to sell goods or services the law forbids;
• try to get into accounts or businesses that are not yours, or try to break or overload UrHubs;
• make more accounts to get more free months;
• copy, resell or rent out UrHubs;
• put false information on Mobile Nation.

8. UrHubs as it is

We work to keep UrHubs running and your records safe, and UrHubs keeps working on your device without internet. Still, we cannot promise that it will never stop or never have a fault, so keep backups (Backup & Restore). We may change, add or remove features; we tell you before we take away something you pay for.

9. Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows, ADSph is not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or sales, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us for UrHubs in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here takes away rights that Philippine law gives you and that cannot be given up.

10. Ending

You can stop using UrHubs at any time, and ask us to delete your account (see Deleting your account). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and tell you why when we can.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We change the date at the top and tell you in UrHubs when the change is important. If you go on using UrHubs after that, the new terms apply.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
