Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 October 2026
In short
- Your business records are yours. We keep them so you and the staff you invite can use them on any device. We do not sell them, and our team does not open them.
- We note down a little about how UrHubs is used (your email, when you open the app, on what kind of device) to run the service and to help you.
- Mobile Nation, our coming app where people find businesses near them, shows your business only if you say yes, and only its public details. You can change your answer any time in Settings.
- Payments go through PayMongo. We never see or keep your card number or e-wallet PIN.
- You have rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Write to adsph.office@gmail.com to use them, or to delete your account.
1. Who we are
UrHubs by ADSph (“UrHubs”, “we”, “us”) is a business system for Philippine businesses, made by ADSph. It runs at urhubs.io and in the UrHubs app.
For your account and the details you give us about your business, ADSph is the personal information controller under Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
For the records you keep in UrHubs about other people (your customers, patients, students, suppliers and staff), your business is the personal information controller, and ADSph processes those records for you, only to run UrHubs for you.
2. What we collect
a. Your account
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, your email address, your profile picture and your Google account number. We never receive your Google password.
b. Your business profile
Business name, logo, tagline, mission and vision, the kind and size of your business, the tools you switch on, the address you choose from the lists (with the house number and street, if you type them), and the phone, email, website or Facebook page, TIN and BIR registration type you put in Settings.
c. Your business records
Everything you and your team enter: sales, stock, receipts, invoices, utang, expenses, payroll, customers, suppliers, staff, appointments, patients, students, and so on. Some records can be sensitive personal information, such as health records kept by a clinic, pharmacy or laboratory. They are kept the same protected way: only your business can read them.
d. How UrHubs is used
- For each account: when it was made, when it last opened UrHubs and how many times a day, which business it opened and in what role (for example “Owner” or “Cashier”), the browser and kind of device (for example “Chrome · Android”), its language and time zone, and the version of the app.
- For each business, a short line for our team: its name, kind and size, the tools switched on, the number of branches and records, its place (country down to barangay), the owner’s name and email, and its Mobile Nation answer. Never its records.
- Visits to our home page are counted per day by where they came from (for example “Facebook”), with no name and nothing that identifies the visitor.
e. Payments
When you subscribe, PayMongo handles the payment. We receive what we need to unlock your subscription: the amount, the plan, the payment reference and whether it was paid. If you choose automatic renewal, your card or Maya details stay with PayMongo, not with us.
f. On your device
UrHubs keeps a copy of your business on your phone or computer (in the browser’s storage), so it opens fast and keeps working without internet, and it remembers that you are signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.
3. Why we use it
- To run UrHubs: keep your records, save them online, and show them on your devices and your team’s devices.
- To print your receipts, invoices and reports with your business details.
- To manage subscriptions: the free month, plans by size, renewals, and view only when a subscription is unpaid.
- To keep UrHubs safe and fair: find faults, stop abuse (for example more than one free month per account).
- To help you when you ask for support.
- To learn, in numbers, how UrHubs is used, so we can make it better.
- To list your business on Mobile Nation, only if you say yes (section 4).
We use your information because it is needed for the service you asked for, because the law requires it (for example records of payments), for our legitimate interest in keeping UrHubs working and safe, or because you agreed (Mobile Nation).
4. Mobile Nation: free promotion, only if you say yes
Mobile Nation is an app ADSph is making, coming soon, where people find shops, food and services near them. Every UrHubs business can be listed there for free: free promotion, free advertising and free marketing.
When you set up your business, or choose its address, UrHubs asks you: “Yes, promote my business for free” or “Not now”. Nothing is chosen for you.
If you say yes, Mobile Nation may show:
- your business name and logo,
- the kind of business,
- the address you chose (with the street, if you typed one),
- the phone, email, website or Facebook page you put in Settings.
It never shows your sales, stock, customers, staff or money.
You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Mobile Nation. When you turn it off, we stop showing your business on Mobile Nation. Saying no changes nothing else in UrHubs. We keep a note of your answer and of when you gave it.
5. Who can see your information
- You, and the staff you invite, each with the access you give them.
- The UrHubs team (ADSph): your account details, your business profile, the notes in section 2d and your subscription, to run the service and to help you. Our team cannot open your business records.
- Service providers that run UrHubs for us: Google (Firebase sign-in, database, hosting and server functions; Google Fonts for the letters on screen) and PayMongo (payments). They use the data only to provide their service to us.
- People using Mobile Nation: only the public details in section 4, and only if you said yes.
- The government, when the law requires it (for example a lawful order of a court or of the BIR).
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
When you use UrHubs to send something yourself (an SMS, an email, a WhatsApp or Viber message) or to open a map, it opens your own phone’s app, and what you send goes through that app.
A few tools download public information from other websites, such as today’s exchange rates or sample product pictures. Nothing about you or your business is sent with those requests.
6. Where your information is kept
UrHubs keeps your information on Google’s servers (Firebase) in the United States. Information sent outside the Philippines is protected by the same safeguards as in this policy and by our agreements with these providers, as the Data Privacy Act requires.
7. How long we keep it
- Your business records: as long as the business is in UrHubs. “Erase everything & start over” in Settings deletes the business’s records at once.
- Your account and the notes in section 2d: as long as your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete them within 30 days (section 10).
- Payment records: as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Your Mobile Nation answer: as long as the business is in UrHubs.
8. How we keep it safe
Every connection to UrHubs is encrypted (HTTPS). The database lets each account read only its own businesses, and staff only what the owner allows. Sign-in is through Google. No system is perfectly safe: if a breach puts your information at risk, we will tell you and the National Privacy Commission, as the law requires.
9. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you have the right to:
- be informed of how your information is used (this page);
- see the information we keep about you;
- correct it (most of it you can change yourself in Settings);
- object to its use, and take back your consent (for Mobile Nation, in Settings);
- have it deleted or blocked;
- get a copy to take elsewhere (Backup & Restore and Data Export in UrHubs give you your records as files);
- be paid damages if your rights are violated, and file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
To use them, write to adsph.office@gmail.com from the email you sign in with.
If you are a customer, patient, student or employee of a business that uses UrHubs, ask that business first: it decides what it keeps about you. We will help it answer you.
10. Deleting your account
To delete your account and what we keep about you, write to adsph.office@gmail.com from the email you sign in with, and say which of your businesses to delete with it. We delete them within 30 days, except payment records the law makes us keep.
Before that, you can save your records as files with Backup & Restore. When a business is deleted, its staff can no longer open it.
11. Children
UrHubs is for businesses, not for children: you must be 18 or older to make an account. We do not knowingly collect information from children. A business may keep records about children (for example students or patients) under its own responsibility.
12. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we change the date at the top, and we tell you in UrHubs when the change is important. If a change touches what Mobile Nation shows, we ask you again.
13. Contact us and our Data Protection Officer
ADSph, the maker of UrHubs by ADSph. Email: adsph.office@gmail.com.
To reach our Data Protection Officer, write to the same email with “Privacy” in the subject.
